This statement explains which personal data DULAB B.V. processes through this website, why we do so, and what your rights are.
Who we are
DULAB B.V. is a software company established in the Netherlands. For questions about this statement or about your data, e-mail hello@dulab.nl.
What we collect
This website only collects personal data when you send an enquiry through the contact form: your name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), the subject you select and your message.
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site makes no requests to third parties. Your choice of language and of light or dark theme is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Why we use it
We use the details from the contact form only to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Where it is stored and who receives it
Enquiries are stored on our server in the European Union (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and forwarded to our business mailbox. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, other than the hosting and e-mail providers that process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted from the website server automatically 12 months after receipt. If an enquiry leads to an assignment, we keep the relevant correspondence for as long as the assignment and our legal obligations require.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server keeps technical access logs (including IP address, time and requested page) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. E-mail hello@dulab.nl and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this statement when the website or the way we process data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
